RECEPTIONIST- Automotive Dealership

Penrith City Automotive is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our team at Penrith City Automotive.  As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership.  If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with people and have excellent communications skills, we would love to hear from you !

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and ensuring timely follow up.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is neat, organised and stocked with necessary supplies
• Process paperwork for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries or concerns promptly
• Adhoc duties as requested by management

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, professional demeanour with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
