Receptionist - Guest Services Agent

We are a boutique property of 55 self-contained apartments, located at the ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused receptionist to join our Front Office team.  This is a casual role with the view to becoming permanent.

Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out, accommodation reservations, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.   

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in RMS or similar reservation booking software desirable, but not essential
• Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously

This role is for an immediate start and must be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
