Receptionist - Hiring Urgently

About the role

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for the front of house function, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for our clients as well as providing support to our back office.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling queries via phone, email 
• Greeting all visitors, clients, contractors, and couriers. 
• Handling of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assisting with client administration requests which differ from day to day.
• Assistance with key projects throughout the year.
