Are you an experienced dental receptionist or professional with a flair for fabulous front desk service? We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team!

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
• Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
• Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
• There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed.

• Must hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting OR
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Dental Receptionist.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications.
• Experience with file keeping and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
