What You'll Do:

• Welcome patients and manage front desk communications.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Manage office supplies and keep the reception area tidy.
• Ensure consistent communication between patients, dentists and dental support staff.  

Who We're Looking For:

• A proactive team player with a friendly personality.
• Previous experience in a medical or dental setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience with HiCaps, dental/medical booking systems.
