We are looking for a Client Services Administrator/Manager to join our expanding team.

About us
We have a team of 8 clinicians and 4 administration staff across two sites. Our Physio team is focused on treating Musculoskeletal conditions, working with NDIS clients and Reformer Pilates.  

As an expanding but established business, every staff member is valued in their role that contributes to the success of the practice. In this role you will be well respected and challenged to up-skill. There’s always room for your creativity to shine!  

This is a full-time position for the successful candidate, who will work closely with our Physio and admin team to help provide an exceptional client experience as well as assist with various front desk tasks within our busy clinics. There is scope for this position to build into, or start as, our Client Services Manager.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Customer Service – Provide a top-level customer service interaction for our patients, organising client schedules, handling payments and all with positive people skills
  • Being involved in the daily operations of the clinic
  • Managing appointments and bookings for patients
  • Processing payments and invoicing 
  • Liaising with Clinic Director
  • Practitioner Support – following up on communication between patients and practitioners as required
  • Maintaining a clean clinic environment for patients and staff
  • Bring our business to the next level and embrace responsibilities and tasks

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience in medical, Allied Health or Legal Reception would be highly regarded, but not essential
  • Understanding of HICAPS, Medicare, Workcover, DVA programs also highly regarded, but not essential
  • Being able to multitask in a busy and high paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Thrive in building relationships with patients and staff
