About the Opportunity

Now, we are looking for a friendly and skilled Receptionist to join our team in Balwyn, VIC.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist customers as they arrive for appointments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both walk-in customers and during appointments.
• Assist consultants before, during, and after appointments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage scheduling, including client appointments and communication through email.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer service orientation, with particular empathy towards customers with mobility issues.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with general computer use.
• Prior experience in beds, mobility, or assistive technology sectors is beneficial, but not required.
