You will be managing the front of house area and providing exceptional client service to their clients.

Your role includes -

• Answering calls and distributing messages 
• Being point of contact for clients
• Maintaining visitor register and contractor security passes
• Providing some administration support 
• Ensuring daily cleanliness of the office and conference rooms

About you 

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience as an receptionist in a law firm.  

You would also have:

• Fantastic organisational skills
• Great typing, spelling and grammar skills
