We are hiring a driven Receptionist to join our innovative team at Belle Property Armadale in Armadale, Melbourne VIC.

Job Title: Receptionist 

  • Immediate Start, Full Time 8:45am – 5:00pm
  • 1258 High Street Armadale, Parking Available

This exciting opportunity will allow you to play an integral role in our successful and enthusiastic team. 

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

Reception

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Co-ordination of general office maintenance
  • General administration office duties such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, printing, organising mail etc
  • Key Management 
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and property management team

Administration Support

  • Assisting administration team with marketing of properties including organising settlement gifts, arranging mail cards and a-frame boards, communicating with solicitors and body corprates as required
  • Assisting with compliance checks
  • IT trouble shooting if required
  • Ordering of promotional items and other office supplies

 To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position ideally with an interest in real estate
  • A high level of initiative, organisation and attention to detail
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
  • Be a team player who can work well under pressure
  • Corporate, professional presentation

Preferrable

  • Agent's Representative Certificate or currently studying
