Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face that greets and welcomes visitors with a smile.
- Handle incoming phone calls with enthusiasm, directing them to the right department.
- Manage and coordinate front desk activities such as deliveries, mail and customer service.
- Be the go-to person for providing information to clients and customers.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Reliable and regular attendance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and humor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience is a plus but not essential as training will be provided.
