Receptionist/Admin - Automotive OEM/Commercial Vehicle Sector

Our client is a leading auto/commercial vehicle OEM. They take pride in their commitment to excellence and a collaborative work environment.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team based in the Pakenham area to support the day-to-day operations. Ideally they are seeking a candidate to work Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm, however, can offer some flexibility.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception and admin processes. Working with a supportive team and contributing to the overall success of the company, you will enjoy working in a busy, multi faceted role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk and incoming call co-ordination
• Assisting with accounts as required, including invoice processing, credit notes and payroll
• General admin assistance - ordering stationery, involvement with marketing, and ensuring business amenities are up to standard
• Improving processes and procedures
• Offering support to the team

Experience/Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Some experience in accounts will be highly regarded 
• Solid Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Work in a collaborative team environment and take ownership with the ability to grow
