About the roles
We are looking for dependable and driven administrative professionals who can effortlessly manage both internal and external enquiries, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and confidently perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities (Receptionist) -
Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, and handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area, and assist with general administrative tasks.
Communication: Relay messages and information promptly to the relevant personnel, and coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Security and Confidentiality: Follow security procedures to control access to the office and ensure visitor compliance, and handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Resource Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability, and assist in the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and office events.
Key Responsibilities (Administrator) –
Customer Interaction: Respond to applicant queries through inbound phone calls and email enquiries, and greet and assist applicants to the office.
Identity Verification: Verify the identity of applicants lodging a background check using the provided training.
Application Processing: Vet and process applications using Veritas’ custom-built ID management system (training provided).
Administration: Create invoices and support the printing and distribution of background check results.
Stakeholder Support: Provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders, including managing customer accounts.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer service and/or administration experience in a professional environment, demonstrating trustworthiness and a high degree of integrity. Strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and clear communication abilities are essential. You should have effective time management, a proactive approach to planning and organising workload, and a positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team to deliver customer-focused solutions.
