Your Role

As our Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll be the superstar who keeps our dental practice running like a well-oiled machine. Your exciting responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and answering calls.
• Mastering the art of patient flow management in the reception area.
• Assisting with billing and handling insurance claims.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and soothing concerns.
• Assisting with sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control.

You

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and lingo.
• Impressive communication and people skills.
• Superb organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savviness, with proficiency in computer systems and dental software.
• A commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy.
