Candela Nuevo Private Club is pleased to offer a RECEPTIONIST/HOST role in one of the most exclusive venues in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and easy-going team, who look out for one another and work collaboratively. Alongside reception duties you will be providing general administration and support to the facilitates and event coordination.
AS RECEPTIONIST YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH:
- Answering phones, directing and taking messages.
- Greeting visitors to the building and advising staff of arrivals & table seating
- Diary Management
- Booking management + set up of meeting and board rooms
- Arranging couriers & Deliveries
- Management of club consumables (coffee/tea/stationary etc)
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in reception or administration, preferably from a corporate background.
- Exceptional communication skills with a great phone manner.
- Self-motivated and energetic with strong attention to detail.
- Initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude is a must.
- Team Player.
- InDesign knowledge preferable.

- Tuesday to Friday Only! 3 day weekend!
