Receptionist/Junior Estimator

MinStaff Survey is a consulting surveying firm that has operated since 1995 to provide specialist services to resource, infrastructure and development projects.

With multiple offices within South East Queensland, our Company offers a full range of surveying services to residential and commercial clients. 

MinStaff Survey's Toowoomba Office is the base of Company administration and operations. Our Administration team require a Receptionist / Junior Estimator to contribute to our team, in a wide range of tasks which will include the following: 

• General reception and liaising with our clients, suppliers and other industry professionals.
• Compiling quotes and fee schedules for current and prospective clients 
• Assisting with preparation and submission of tender documentation 
• Creation of client and job files and allocation of work roles  
• Liaison with Survey Managers and clients regarding lead times for commencement and completion of projects
• Contract administration and reporting 
• Support with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 

MinStaff Survey is seeking a bright, energetic and helpful individual with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, co-workers and supervisors. Prior experience with MS Office applications and SharePoint would be advantageous. 

The role would be a permanent, fulltime position, working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
