Job Description - Receptionist/Property Management Assistant

Holdsworth Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Property Management Assistant to join our vibrant team in the Yokine office. This role offers the perfect blend of reception duties and property management support, ideal for individuals passionate about the real estate industry and exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Property Management registration 
  • Current driver’s license; own transport preferred (free onsite parking available)

 

Personal Attributes:

  • Smart presentation and well-groomed appearance.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor, especially on the phone.
  • Efficient time management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High literacy skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Skills and Duties:

  • Proficient in computer use; training provided as needed.
  • Welcoming clients and managing incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Conducting tenant reference checks and searches.
  • Supporting our Property Management department effectively.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the office.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining and updating key and property access registers.
  • Performing other general administration tasks as required.
  • Keeping the office tidy and organized.
