Reconciliation Support Representative

What you'll contribute

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking a Reconciliation Support Representative who will be  responsible for activity within the Novated & Salary Packaging department in order to provide a quality end of lease reconciliation service to our customers.

This is a full-time permanent role based at Scoresby.

How you'll make an impact

As the Reconciliation Support Representative you will be responsible for :

• Provide support to the Salary Packaging business to manage customer lease terminations and administrative tasks

• Reconcile novated lease packaging arrangements including, but not limited : Reconciling novated lease budgeted balances in Fleet & Salary Packaging   systems and reconciling non-vehicle benefits

• Administration functions, including, but not limited to: Supporting novated lease customer employer changes and Supporting customers leases coming off novation;

• Identify, address and resolve enquiries for customers within team responsibilities

• Escalate enquiries, as and when necessary, to the appropriate area of the business

• Achievement of agreed KPI measures and metrics within the Novated Operations team

Your attributes

• Experience in high volume processing roles

• Understanding of income and expenditure

• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain agile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial products in a simple manner

• Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite including excel
