About the Role

This role offers a mix of work, for a range of highly experienced and supportive Partners in our Recovery & Restructuring / Commercial Litigation practice in Melbourne. You will work for major corporate clients, major banks, other lenders and insolvency practitioners to provide advice in relation to:

• Business debt recovery and enforcement of security


• Restructuring & Insolvency, and


• Commercial litigation and dispute resolution

This wonderful opportunity offers you the chance to work on both Restructuring & Insolvency and Commercial Litigation.

About You

Our Partners are seeking your energy, your passion for law and your insolvency and/or litigation experience.

You will ideally have the following attributes:

• a strong academic background;


• 3-5 years of post-admission experience in disputes and/or insolvency gained in a law firm;


• the desire and ability to learn from the leaders around you;


• strong verbal and written communication skills; and


• you are a good team member, someone who understands the ebb and flow of work in a busy practice and are willing to chip in where needed.
