Act as a strategic advisor within the TA function and develop effective working relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth approach through the Talent Acquisition lifecycle
Delivering on commitments to the business as well as internal and external candidates
Ensure that recruiting and hiring is compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of relevant experience including acting as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments
