The Opportunity

We're seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate start available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments


• Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance


• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands


• Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new starters


• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies


• Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding


• Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C Manager


• Provide reporting and general HR support as required

About You

• Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment


• High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure


• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)


• Working knowledge of employment legislation


• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)


• Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
