Recruitment Advisor

Our People & Capability (HR) team play a pivotal role in supporting all people and departments at NTI in relation to recruitment, onboarding, career development, training, succession planning, WHS, team member relations and more! Reporting to the Head of People and Capability, we are looking for someone passionate about recruitment to join our rapidly growing business! You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of roles across our business including professional, undergraduate and volume recruitment. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment and selection process 
• Respond to enquiries in relation to recruitment, selection and role changes 
• Provide advice and guidance to leaders on recruitment and selection activities
• Weekly recruitment reporting
• Creation of position descriptions, advertising and other recruitment assets
• Support talent, employer branding and HR projects alongside the team

What we’ll love about you:

With a couple of years’ (or more) of experience in a recruitment role previously, you will come with a good understanding of the fundamentals of best practice talent acquisition. You will be intuitive, curious and proactive in your approach. Ideally, you will have an interest in learning and growing in other aspects of HR. In addition, you will:

• Have the ability to negotiate, influence and gain credibility with your stakeholders
• Be a proactive problem solver and have the ability to think outside the square
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
