Join us as our new Recruitment Advisor - Offshore Personnel

We are looking for another member to join our Crewing Team. As a Recruitment Advisor - Offshore Personnel, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection of offshore personnel (Marine Crew, Survey, Inspection, ROV, Diving, Project etc.) in accordance with DOF’s values, policy and procedures, and business needs. Day to day, you will engage and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to source applicants with suitable knowledge, skills, qualifications, certifications, licenses, and other attributes for our offshore vacancies.

Our team achieves outstanding results for our external and internal stakeholders through the team's friendly, professional, resourceful and solution driven attitudes. Your mindset and flexible approach to work will naturally support and align with this.



Requirements

  • Previous proven experience in recruitment and selection of Offshore Personnel.  
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of key selection principles and methodology.
  • Reasonable knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate complex databases.

Reporting to the Crewing Manager.
