Rugby World Cup Australia is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team and play a key role in building the workforce that will deliver Rugby World Cup 2027. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a hands-on, operational recruitment role responsible for delivering end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio of positions. With a significant recruitment agenda and firm delivery deadlines, you'll be at the centre of attracting, engaging and securing the talent needed to bring one of the world's largest sporting events to life.
We're seeking a confident and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of recruitment outcomes while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. You will bring a positive attitude, a people-first approach and strong relationship-building skills, with the drive, accountability and resilience to deliver results.
