TalentBlue is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of significant accounts, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction. While recruitment experience is highly advantageous, a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving business targets is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Inherit and manage a large national account and multiple smaller accounts. 
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

• Competitive remuneration package of $70-90K (pending experience) + car allowance.
• Work From Home - 4.5 day working week (half day Fridays)

Qualifications and Experience: 

•  Proven experience in account management or a related role. 
•  Strong understanding of client relationship management.
•  Recruitment experience is highly advantageous.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
