Recruitment consultant

Reporting to the National Delivery Manager you will provide recruitment support across a range of industries. Your primary focus will be on supporting candidates and pre and post employment activities, with opportunities to grow and develop your career.

The role:

• Shortlisting candidates and talent pooling
• Creating & managing job ads
• Assisting with employment contracts
• Sourcing, Interviewing and deploying candidates
• Assisting Account Managers where required
• Other recruitment tasks as required

About you

• Previous experience in a high-volume administration roles.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, accurately with attention to detail and with minimum supervision in a highly confidential environment.
• Demonstrated ability to organise workloads and manage competing priorities.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to change.
• Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders.
