We are seeking a dynamic Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to become an integral part of our team. This role places you at the core of our operations, focusing on managing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance for work readiness. You’ll also engage with clients and join account managers on site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit candidates that match the specific needs of various businesses
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals
• Ensure all administrative tasks and compliance requirements are completed for candidates to be work-ready
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with account managers during site visits to better understand client needs and enhance service delivery
• Explore new business opportunities
