Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates

• Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers

• Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience

• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
