Recruitment Consultant 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Consultant with experience in account management and business development. The ideal candidate will excel in customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, effective support and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, conduct regular check-ins, and monitor performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate on strategies to grow the customer base, and conduct market research.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver optimal customer solutions and drive improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on account activity, customer feedback, and business development efforts.
  • Training: Stay updated on industry trends and provide support to junior team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
