Recruitment Consultant - HCA Doctors

Our Hospital acute locum team are looking for a Recruiter to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (hospitals) and candidates (doctors) ensuring we maximise the placement of doctors into their preferred hospital locum roles.
• Through business development techniques, proactively source and recruit locum doctors to grow the HCA talent pipeline
• Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to placement
• Supported by a team of compliance and workforce consultant – oversee compliance and onboarding requirements for locums

You’re a high-energy recruiter or sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results so naturally previous recruitment or relevant sales experience is essential. 

Recruiting in the doctor and locum space is highly specialised, so previous experience working in the medical industry or with clinicians is essential for success.

Most importantly, you’re motivated by helping doctors find the right roles and ensuring hospitals receive outstanding service every time.
