THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work across key clients in our property recruitment team. This role is perfect for someone experienced in sales or business development seeking a change! 

This role involves 360 recruitment including nurturing and managing our current clients, developing and growing the client list through business development, and sourcing and managing candidates for a variety of property roles. Further responsibilities include:
  • Meaningful networking and relationship-building with clients and candidates across the property sector
  • Proactively sourcing quality candidates for our Property Clients through recruitment systems, headhunting, and network building
  • Actively engaging with prospective candidates to inform them of relevant job opportunities
  • Conducting interviews with prospective candidates to qualify them for relevant roles
  • Delivering job offers to your candidates
  • Conducting reference checks 
  • Writing job advertisements 
This is a fast-paced and exciting role where no 2 days are the same! You will develop valuable life skills across sales, networking, relationship building, and communication, with continuous growth and development. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Experience in a sales or business development position 
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and sales targets 
  • Enthusiastic & highly driven
  • Highly organised
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to take direction 
  • Ability to negotiate 
  • Desire to continually learn and develop
