The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a dual desk where you will provide an exceptional level of service to our existing clients, in addition to building and nurturing new relationships.
  
With the support of an Administration Assistant and a talented copywriter who manages the ad writing process, your time and expertise are dedicated to what you do best – connecting with candidates and clients and managing the end-to-end recruitment process:
  • Source, screen and conduct face to face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability  
  • Skilfully match candidates to clients’ requirements
  • Proactively identify new clients and contacts through a range of business development activities
  • Schedule meetings with existing and prospective clients
  • Form long-term relationships with clients through regular contact and value-add activities
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate the end to end hiring process
  • Reverse market candidates
  • Database management
  • Conduct pre-employment checks
  • Attend external networking events

About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience (ideally within an agency environment) and are looking to join an organisation with plans for growth where targets are achievable, your efforts are rewarded, and you can be a part of a great team.
  
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills go without saying, as does a high level of energy and enthusiasm and the drive and confidence to proactively build new relationships.

Additionally, you will be goal-oriented and someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work.

Whilst we take our work seriously, we also like to have a bit of fun, so it’s key that you’re down-to-earth, friendly and are someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a team.
