About The Role


This is a genuine hands-on recruitment support role where you'll spend much of your day connecting with candidates, conducting phone interviews and supporting the recruitment process for critical field-based roles.



The majority of your recruitment activity will focus on high-volume blue-collar positions, including Labourers, Yard Hands and Scaffolders. You'll be comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once, making high volumes of outbound calls and delivering a positive candidate experience from initial enquiry through to onboarding.



Working as part of our People & Culture team, you'll collaborate with the National Talent Acquisition lead, as well as our state based Recruitment Coordinators, Advisors and operational leaders to support recruitment activities across the business. In addition to candidate sourcing and screening, you'll assist with recruitment administration, employee compliance, onboarding activities and other employee lifecycle processes to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.


You will also have opportunities to contribute to white-collar recruitment, employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and national talent attraction projects.


 


About you

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.



Experience that would be highly regarded



  • Recruitment, recruitment administration or talent acquisition.

  • Labour hire or workforce coordination.

  • HR administration, onboarding or employee compliance.

  • Internal sales or Customer service.

  • Administration within construction, trades or other blue-collar industries.

  • High-volume phone-based or administrative roles.
