We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Co-ordinator to join this well-known respected South Australian Company on a temporary basis. This opportunity is based within the CBD and is due to commence immediately!

Your new role

Acting as the Recruitment Co-ordinator you are responsible for providing your up most support to the wider team of experts. You will be accountable for the co-ordination of, compliance and onboarding and end to end recruitment activities. Reporting into the Head of Talent your daily duties will include but not limited to…

• Drafting of advertisements.
• Management of applications.
• Updating of job descriptions and Human Resources related documents.
• Co-ordinating interviews.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders within the department.
• Working with the recruitment team supporting them with the end-to end recruitment processes.
• Conducting reference checks, visa checks and assisting with onboarding documentation.

What you will need to succeed

As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated ability to deliver all requirements of the role and have strong knowledge within recruitment processes and have a positive attitude and team player mentality and obtain exquisite organisational skills.
