Job Description - Recruitment Manager

PREMIUM MECHANICAL GROUP 
Premium Mechanical Group is a privately owned business that supplies mobile plant maintenance personnel to the WA mining, construction and transport industries. We priorities our employees and are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive work environment. 

PREMIUM Job Role 

PMG is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the team in our Belmont office headquarters. Whilst reporting directly to the GM, the Recruitment Manager will develop recruitment strategies and collaborate with each department to meet staffing needs effectively and efficiently. Other primary functions of this position will include:
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.
  • Analyse recruitment data to identify market trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and return on investment.
  • Implement innovative recruitment techniques, tools and initiatives.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process, candidate experience and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with the People and Culture, and Marketing departments to design and execute recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand
  • Ensure candidate inquiries are managed by the recruitment team and provide timely feedback
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
PREMIUM Requirements 
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Previous experience in leading a recruitment function in either mining, civil or construction environments 
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • Extensive experience in recruitment reporting & analytics 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
