All locations within AU - Full-time - Hybrid - Senior Associate

Our Employer Brand and People Experience team works on diverse campaigns across social, digital and offline channels. We utilise data-led insights to design value propositions, targeted communications and customer journeys from acquire to onboard, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to design brand, marketing and engagement initiatives to grow our employment brand in the market and attract top talent to our business within our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in being a marketer with some background in social and events, who likes working in a collaborative, candid team. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you’ll lend your expertise and energy to maintaining our brand’s integrity, while attracting the next wave of talent, from university students through to experienced professionals, in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

As an expert in marketing, you’ll solve problems by supporting the team to deliver our strategy, overseeing campaigns for talent acquisition. In our Employer Brand and People Experience team, you’ll also:

  • Build PwC’s reputation in the market as an Employer of Choice through content and marketing.

  • Collaborate on the delivery of social and digital strategy for careers, content strategy,  and manage recruitment marketing channels, partnerships and sponsorships, events, and brand direction.

  • Manage and develop campaigns and present results in a simple way. 

  • Supporting the team with project management and liaise with internal stakeholders on content and campaigns.

  • Develop communications and content across a range of mediums and platforms.

  • Work with Talent Acquisition managers to create and advise on implementation of bespoke advertising campaigns to attract quality diverse talent. 

  • Manage social and web content to position our culture and bring stories from within the business to life.
