Your new role

Are you motivated and thrive in a collaborative environment? We are seeking another Recruitment Partner to work alongside our National Director to create strategic sourcing strategies and actively source candidates within the Technology sector.

Your day to day will involve:

• Focus on candidate engagement including advertising, pre-screening, interviewing through to short listing and referencing
• Creating and managing active sourcing strategies within your specialised technology sector
• Develop and build partnerships with your candidates and internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Highly motivated, with skills in sales, customer service, or recruitment. Ideally, you will have a genuine interest and passion to learn within the Technology sector
• Committed and confident inbuilding partnerships with customers
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Adaptable and agile and able to constantly seek new creative sourcing strategies to engage with the top tech talent
