About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Resourcer to source engineering candidates for our diverse range of projects. This candidate-centric role involves working with both existing and new candidates using our extensive sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage with Engineering professionals, particularly those with Defence backgrounds.
• Build and maintain a network of ex-ADF/Defence technicians.
• Identify and connect with security-cleared technical candidates in engineering.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates.
• Establish a strong social media presence.

• Identifying opportunities to connect with security-cleared, technical engineering candidates.
• Building relationships both internally and externally

Skills required:

• Good social skills
• Any telephone sales experience and a great telephone manner
• A never give up attitude
• Resilience
• Ability to get on with people across different levels
• A fast learner
• Not essential, but if you have been in defence and are looking to stay connected in the sector this could be a good fit for you
