Job Description - Recruitment Specialist - Intern

Looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Intern) to join our human resources operations.

This is a great opportunity to not only be part of our HR team, and learn from the IT recruitment specialists to tap into both entry-level and mid-level talent primarily within Sydney and Melbourne

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Gain experience using ATS solution to create job-posts, and publish across multiple job-boards
Support in screening of candidates, including review of applicants, and learning to do preliminary screening-calls
Assist in identifying suitable roles with clients looking for candidates, and based on talent pipeline
Assisting in positioning candidate with clients

Requirements

Ideally a total fresher looking to venture into recruitment industry.
