The Position:
This newly created role of Regional Employer Engagement Manager will lead a small team of Employer Engagement Managers and manage both internal and external employer relationships, determine strategic priorities and identify and develop pre-employment programs to support our clients into good work.
This is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disadvantage, disability, injury or health condition. You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices.
The location of this role is flexible and can be performed from any atWork Australia office in Western Australia

About You
This opportunity would suit somebody with a recruitment background who has a passion for diversity and inclusion. You will also understand what it takes to form real partnerships with business and provide solutions as it relates to staffing.
In addition, you will have the ability to manage and motivate high achievers in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.
