Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager.  Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading the strategic and operational performance of commercial property portfolios across NSW. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Leading a team of Facilities Managers to deliver safe, efficient and highquality facilities services across multiple commercial sites, embedding a genuine Zero Harm culture in daily operations.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with customers, tenants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, becoming the trusted escalation point for your region.
  • Driving asset and property performance through planned maintenance, proactive incident management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Managing regional financial and operational performance, including KPIs, revenue, cost management and accurate monthly reporting.
  • Championing innovation, sustainability initiatives and the use of technology to enhance safety, compliance and customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant leadership experience in facilities management or a related industry, ideally across multisite environments.
  • A collaborative, empathetic leadership style that builds trust, inclusion and strong team performance.
  • Strong commercial and financial capabilities, including budget oversight, data interpretation and performance optimisation.
  • A strong commitment to Zero Harm, quality and compliance, with familiarity across relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, confidence with systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel as required (full driver’s licence essential).

More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
