IronMerge People are seeking a Regional Manager for the energy and utility sector operating in the Kimberley region of W.A.
We are seeking an individual who can provide visible leadership and oversight across the power systems and network operations in the region. This visible leadership role allows for living either in Kununurra or Broome.
- Permanent full-time role
- Salary package up to $330,000 PA.
- Relocation costs may be recovered

Primary role: - Optimise Kimberley operations assets, uphold safety, meet customer/stakeholder efficiency goals
- Develop staff, provide corporate/stakeholder leadership
- Manage budgets, lead digital asset management, deliver projects/integrate assets
- Experience with interconnected/isolated electricity systems, major capital works, dispersed teams
- Understand regulated environments, build effective government/industry relationships
Qualifications: - Expertise in power systems, networks operations, customer/stakeholder practices, business management systems
- Knowledgeable in contract/financial processes for minor capital works delivery
- Adept at building effective government, industry and related business relationships
- Experienced managing interconnected and off-grid electricity systems
- Experienced overseeing major capital project works delivery
- Proven record leading geographically dispersed large teams
