Recognised for our expertise, we employ a skilled and diverse workforce delivering metallurgical testing, equipment manufacturing and engineering solutions. Our teams are based in key mining regions across Australia, India, Africa, North and South America.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading, growing and transforming the regional sales function across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional sales team
• Deliver annual revenue and margin targets across the region
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies, particularly for equipment sales
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
• Drive new business opportunities and expand market share
• Champion the Business Development Uplift Program across the region
• Work collaboratively with global sales, technical and marketing teams
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business growth

About You 

• Significant sales leadership experience within mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial sectors
• A proven ability to grow sales pipelines, develop new markets and achieve revenue targets
• Strong experience managing key customer relationships from operational to executive levels
• Knowledge of capital equipment sales, aftermarket services and long-cycle B2B sales environments
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and team development capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and contract management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related field
• A collaborative, customer-focused and results-driven approach
• Must be available to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand
