About the role
At Healthia, the Regional Partner is accountable for the performance of a portfolio of clinics. The overall objective of the role is to provide strong leadership and coaching to support business leaders and ensure efficiency of operations, sustainable financial growth, and a people-centric model focused on growth and development of team members.
As part of Healthias’ philosophy of Excellence, Everyone, Empathy and Education, this role will help businesses identify and leverage their existing individual strengths, while highlighting and influencing opportunities for improvement and growth, and ensuring minimum functional requirements are met. The role is key to the effective implementation of Healthias’ strategies and vision, championing projects and initiatives while ensuring professional services remain central to decision-making. Regional Partners will support businesses to draw on the expertise of Support Office departments to proactively address opportunities and challenges.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role plays is a critical part in applying leadership and expertise to encourage growth of the region from a commercial lens, and will work closely with the General Manager to align on strategies for improvement. Building strong and effective relationships with business leaders, clinic class shareholders, key talent and wider teams, supporting and influencing their growth and longevity with the business is key to the success of this role.
