  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new clients.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior executives and key decision-makers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in sales within the commercial cleaning industry, preferably with experience in government, education, and mining sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in winning major contracts, particularly those ranging from $1 - $10 million.
  • Deep understanding of tender management processes, with a history of successfully securing contracts through competitive proposals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
