Regional Sales Manager, New South Wales

As our Regional Sales Manager for New South Wales, you will lead a high-performing sales team, drive regional growth and strengthen our market position, all while helping create inspiring outdoor play and fitness spaces.

Lead, develop and grow our sales business across New South Wales

As Regional Sales Manager for New South Wales, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial performance and development of the region. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers while ensuring a strong focus on activity, customer relationships, pipeline development and profitable growth.

You will translate our overall strategy into clear priorities for the region and work closely with your team to identify opportunities across both existing and new customer segments. The market includes customers and stakeholders such as councils, developers, educational institutions, architects and contractors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing the NSW sales team to deliver strong and sustainable sales performance.

• Owning the regional sales strategy, budget and forecast and following up on performance, pipeline and key sales activities.

• Driving profitable growth by increasing market penetration, developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.

• Supporting the team in complex project and solution sales and engaging directly with strategic customers and key stakeholders when needed.

• Working closely with colleagues across Solution Design, Project Management and other functions to ensure strong project execution and customer experience.

A key part of your role will be creating the structure, direction and motivation that enables your team to succeed. At the same time, you will stay close to the market, helping identify new projects, customer needs, competitor activity and opportunities for further growth.

A strong sales leader with a passion for people and growth

We are looking for an experienced sales leader who knows how to create results through others while maintaining a strong understanding of customers and the market.

You have solid experience within B2B sales and sales management, preferably from project-based, specification or solution sales where several stakeholders are involved in the buying process. It is a big plus if you have experience from the playground industry.

More importantly, you are comfortable balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. You know when to coach from the side and when to step into an important customer opportunity alongside your team.

We imagine that you:

• Have proven experience leading and developing a successful sales team.

• Have strong commercial acumen and experience with budgets, forecasting, pipeline management and sales performance.

• Understand complex and longer sales cycles and can support your team in developing opportunities from initial lead through to order.

• Build strong relationships and communicate confidently with customers and stakeholders at different levels.

• Are structured, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to turn strategy into clear actions for your team.
