About the Role

Based in Western Australia, this Regional Service Manager role is an additional headcount added to the team. On offer is a Regional Service Manger position, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

• On-site inspection of service centres in the areas.


• Guide and promote the improvement of customer satisfaction in service centres.


• Manage the service centres to ensure the implementation of BYD's company policies.


• Manage and guide the handling of customer complaints and special incidents in the region.


• Coach and support the service centres to meet the service standards; provide trainings to their staff when necessary. 


• Other ad-hoc duties required in the aftersales operations area. 

Key requirements:

• Experience in after-sales regional management or dealers management.


• Willingness to travel among different regions.


• Strong in building rapport with various stakeholders and stay calm under pressure.


• Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to apply strategic thinking to uphold the company's service standard and brand image.


• Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving.
