Regional Trainer

About the Role

An exciting newly created opportunity awaits, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Regional Trainer. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, promotion, and the maintenance of compliance, related to the equipment training services offered by Crown to their account customers.  

Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver equipment training and assessment services to Crown’s account customers across the greater region of Queensland
• Initiate proposals related to equipment training services within the Region
• Follow up and close customer enquiries and deals related to equipment training services proposed
• Liase and communicate with the Crown Sales team in Queensland to promote both equipment training services and equipment sales. This includes attending scheduled Sales Meetings.
• Maintain and complete the related paperwork used for the delivery of our training services

Skills & Experience

We are looking for some who has:

• Experience working with an RTO (supervisory role desired)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Extensive experience delivering operator & supervisory training related to forklift reach trucks, order pickers, WAVe, electric pallet trucks and walkie stackers (Crown equipment desired)
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• High levels of organization skills & attention to detail
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal staff and customers.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
• Accredited and registered to conduct HRW Forklift & Order Picker Licence assessments in Queensland.
