Registered Builder (BP)

Builder (BP) Preferably Trade Cert Carpenter required with high rise maintenance, painting, roof plumbing experience.

Offered is an “on the tools” position as our Nominated Reg BP - Lead Hand

The ideal candidate enjoys maintenance and is looking for a long term permanent position without the construction stress and pressure - The position would also suit semi-retired trades wishing to do part time hours.

REVA Commercial Pty Ltd is an established Strata / Insurance / Govt Remediation Builder.

We maintain approx 2000 sites / 25000 lots - (industrial, commercial, residential, low rise, High rise, hotels, shopping centres)

Day to day duties may involve: Problem solving, hands on repairs, alterations, collapsed eave  / ceilings / roof make good repair and replacements, Roof plumbing, Fencing, Water proofing, Concrete Remediation, Window repairs / resealing, Specialist applicator works, Working at Heights, water damage restoration and remediation works etc.

You do not need to be highly skilled in all trades, but transferable knowledge and the ability to pick up new skills quickly is ideal.

The successful candidates renumeration package includes: 125kpa (based on approx 45hr work week) Super, LSL, Work Vehicle, Fuel Card, Penalty rates neg…. Commission Package on offer for jobs where you are the “Nominated Supervisor for construction work over 20K

The successful applicant will have: 

• Builders Practitioner Reg (essential)
• Good Computer skills - Proficient in Excel, Word, Project 
• Good People, communication and problem solving skills
• Lead hand Building, renovation, restoration Experience
• White Card, EWP, Safety at Heights Cert
• Ability to work Solo or in a team
• Capacity to Work weekends / long hours if needed
• Good health, Physically Fit
• Experience completing  JSA / SWMS documentation
• Your own tools and trade vehicle (after successful probation period, company vehicle is offered)
• Ability to pass random drug and breathalyzer tests
