About The Role 

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will case manage visa applications for new and existing clients across a variety of visa types. The role will suit an experienced Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with a MARN. Key responsibilities will be:

• Case manage visa and citizenship applications 
• Actively manage client relationships by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested 
• Participate in consultations with new and existing clients and provide advice about visa eligibility, risks, milestones to be reached and strategy 
• Provide technical knowledge leadership to the firm in your preferred area of focus in immigration law and policy

Experience Required 

• Must be a Registered Migration Agent capable of providing high quality advice and case management in the following types of visas:
  • Partner, parent and other family  
  • Student 

Experience with the following types of visas will also be desirable:

• Employer sponsored 
• Complex / difficult cases 
• General skilled migration  
• Global talent 

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients from distinguished talent candidates, partners and sponsors, parents, students, and other individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds. 
• Excellent case management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced role 
• Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts 
• Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience managing visa applications full time
• Experience with Migration Manager preferred
