Your role:

Working with the core care team, you will work to provide outstanding care to our residents, promoting individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.

Key Requirements for Success:

• Active AHPRA Registration
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn the intricacies of the AN-ACC funding system.
• Background in delivering complex nursing clinical services, preferably in aged care facilities, hospitals, or community care settings.
• Desirable experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care, or rehabilitation.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on prioritising residents' health and well-being.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Valid National Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Proof of the legal right to work in Australia.
• Both experienced professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
